Delivery

When will I get my order?

For the adult tees that we have in stock, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of your order and shipped to you through the U.S. Postal Service.  If you plan to pick up your order, we will notify you of its availability for pickup and pickup times in San Jose, CA.

If you're ordering a youth shirt, the shirts will be custom printed-on-demand and will ship between 1-9 days. Youth shirts are not available for in-person pickup in San Jose, CA.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please drop us a line!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor's, please get in touch with us!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please email us within 2 weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

What's your return policy?

For everyone's safety, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges due to COVID-19.  If there is something wrong with the order itself, please let us know.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Refunds are offered to customers that receive incorrect or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we'll sort this out for you. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted to us within 2 weeks of package receipt.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Where is my order shipping from?

Our adult shirts are silkscreened locally and shipped from San Jose, California. Our youth shirts are custom printed-on-demand and shipped directly from the printer's fulfillment facilities in North America, Europe, Australia and Japan.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases from the United States.
