What's in a name? Can a seemingly innocuous name stir such emotion that it causes protest and hunger strikes? It did in East San Jose, when the 'Little Saigon' corridor along Story Road was proposed to be named the "Saigon Business District". What followed was a conflict of large proportions – showing that yes, names do matter.
